Check in Time is 1400 Hrs. And Check out is 1200 Noon & Booking confirm an advance basis only.

Reservation guidelines and other terms and conditions are as below: - 


1. In case of a requested and approved upgrade the tax differential will be applicable. However, if the upgrade takes place due to non-availability of confirmed accommodation, the hotel will bear the differential in tax amount.

2. Check in time is 14:00Hrs and check out time is 12:00Hrs. An early arrival and late departure will be given as per availability. Early check-in before 06:00Hrs will be charged for 01 night, between 06:00Hrs – 10:00Hrs will be charged 50% of the room rate.

3. For late departures beyond 18:00Hrs will be charged for 01 night, between 15:00-18:00Hrs will be charged 50% on the room rate and till 15:00 Hrs it will be 25% on the room rate.

4. For F.I.T, cancellation within 48 hours would be charged for 01 night. For group booking, cancellation within 01 month would be charged for 01 night.

5. The hotel reserves the right to carry out any renovation / up gradation as it deems necessary. Prior notice will be sent to the Tour operator in such cases.

6. In the rare case of overload of demand on the hotel guests will be accommodated in a similar hotel. The difference in rate will be paid by the hotel only in case of guaranteed bookings, i.e., where advance rent has been received.           

 7. Credit will be extended subject to approval by the Hotel Credit Committee for which a formal application is necessary. Ad-hoc requests can be approved by the Delhi Sales Office

8. A copy of the booking voucher/payment should be sent to the hotel in advance at least 1 week prior to the arrival date. The original copy of the voucher should be handed over to the reception counter at the time of check in.

9. All information contained in this agreement is private and confidential and should not be disclosed to a third party for any purpose or reason. 

   

Cancellation Policy

 Non Refundable

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
  • PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
  • Extra mattress will be provided for triple occupancy bookings.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
